Slayblade is available on one platform: Windows PC via Steam. It launched on Steam on August 20, 2026 and is not in Early Access. As of that launch, no version for Nintendo Switch, PS5, Xbox or native Mac has been announced — this page is about what is confirmed and what remains open.

The developer FAQ stated plainly that there is no Mac, Linux or console version announced as of launch, and the Steam store lists Windows-only system requirements. That phrasing matters: it means “no version announced as of 2026-08-22,” not “will never release anywhere.”

What is confirmed

  • Platform — Windows PC (Steam), AppID 4117730
  • Developer — Henry’s House and Oscar Brittain
  • Publisher — Henry’s House
  • Release date — August 20, 2026
  • Single-player
  • 50 Steam achievements
  • 10 supported languages
  • Steam Cloud and Family Sharing

The game supports partial controller support for Xbox controllers — this is PC pad compatibility, not an Xbox console release. The game is also playable with mouse only, and accessibility options include custom audio volume and playing without quick-time events.

Steam Deck and handhelds

Steam lists Slayblade as “Playable” on Steam Deck. Because the game is driven by a mouse cursor, some handheld players report the Steam Deck’s trackpad is a good fit. There is no official native mobile (iOS or Android) version, and no public confirmation that it runs on third-party Android game-launcher tools — those are unverified paths, not official support.

Not confirmed (as of 2026-08-22)

Platform Status
Nintendo Switch No version announced. A future port is possible but not confirmed.
PlayStation 5 No version announced.
Xbox No console version. Xbox controller support is for the PC build.
Mobile (iOS / Android) No native mobile version. TikTok “Slayblade mobile” is a marketing hashtag, not a game.
Mac (macOS) No native Mac build announced. Steam Deck “Playable” is not macOS support.

Two common search mix-ups: the similarly-themed Beyblade X Evo Battle is a different game that does exist on PS5, Switch and Steam, and coverage of the game Stellar Blade is unrelated to Slayblade. Neither means Slayblade is coming to consoles.

How to play now

You can buy and play Slayblade on the Steam store page. There is also a free demo that carries progress over to the full game. See the Slayblade release date page for the launch date and the Slayblade price page for what it costs.
